勃起功能障碍(ED)是男性常见的性功能障碍之一,近年来,ED患病率日益剧增,治疗方面仍有严峻形势。因此,探寻更加有效及多元化的治疗方案亟待解决。气体信号分子(GSMs)在ED领域的作用得到广泛研究,同时也促进其他内源性GSMs在ED中的深化。本文综述近年来5种与ED发生、发展及治疗相关气体信号分子的作用及成果,探讨其在ED中的作用机制及发展方向,希望为ED患者提供有效且多元的治疗方案。
Abstract:Erectile dysfunction(ED) is one of the most common male sexual disorders. The prevalence of ED has increased markedly in recent years, while current therapeutic options remain limited, highlighting the urgent need for more effective and diversified treatment approaches. Gaseous signaling molecules(GSMs) have been widely investigated in the field of ED, which has further promoted research into the roles of other endogenous GSMs in this condition.This article reviews the roles and research advances of five gaseous signaling molecules associated with the onset, progression, and treatment of ED in recent years, and discusses their underlying mechanisms and future directions, with the aim of supporting the development of effective and diversified therapeutic strategies for patients with ED.
