胃肠道间质瘤是常见的消化道间叶组织源性肿瘤，多发生于胃，肠系膜较为少见，容易造成误诊、漏诊。本文回顾性分析贵州中医药大学第二附属医院普外科2023年2月收治的1例胰-胃间隙间质瘤患者的诊疗过程。阐述中西医协同治疗可发挥互补优势：西医手术精准切除病灶，中医通过辨证施治改善机体微环境、促进术后康复，显著缩短病程并提高生存质量。本案例为特殊部位间质瘤的个体化诊疗提供了实践参考，提示临床需重视多学科协作及中医药在肿瘤全程管理中的应用价值。
Abstract：Gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) is a common mesenchymal tumor of the digestive tract, usually occurring in the stomach with mesenteric involvement being relatively rare, easily leading to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This paper retrospectively analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with pancreaticogastric space GIST admitted to the General Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in February 2023. It demonstrates that integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can achieve complementary advantages: Western medicine achieves precise surgical resection of the lesion, while traditional Chinese medicine improves the body's microenvironment and promotes postoperative recovery through syndrome differentiation treatment, significantly shortening the disease course and enhancing the quality of life. This case provides practical reference for individualized diagnosis and treatment of GISTs in special locations, highlighting the clinical importance of multidisciplinary collaboration and the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the comprehensive management of tumors.
