目的 探讨华蟾素胶囊辅助贝伐珠单抗联合亚叶酸钙—氟尿嘧啶—奥沙利铂联合化疗(FOLFOX)方案治疗对晚期或转移性结直肠癌(CRC)患者生存预后的影响。方法 选取本院确诊的100例晚期CRC患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为联合组和常规组，每组各50例。常规组患者采用贝伐珠单抗联合FOLFOX方案治疗，联合组采用华蟾素胶囊辅助贝伐珠单抗+FOLFOX方案治疗。于治疗2个疗程后，记录比较两组治疗后疗效、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平与Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分以及两组治疗过程中的不良反应。随访患者预后生存情况。结果 联合组治疗后的客观缓解率(ORR)为60.00%、疾病控制率(DCR)为88.00%,均高于常规组的34.00%、72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组肿瘤标志物水平(CEA、CA125、CA19-9)均明显降低，且联合组标志物水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后，联合组KPS分值水平优于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗过程中胃肠道反应、肝功能损伤和血液毒性的发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组总生存率及无进展生存率分别为40.82%、32.65%,均高于常规组的23.40%、14.89%(P<0.05)。结论 华蟾素胶囊辅助贝伐珠单抗+FOLFOX方案治疗可显著提高晚期CRC患者ORR及DCR,同时提高总生存率与无进展生存率，降低胃肠道反应、肝功能损伤和血液毒性发生率，临床使用安全有效。

Objective To explore the effects of bevacizumab combined with the FOLFOX(folinic acid/leucovorin+fluorouracil+and oxaliplatin) regimen assisted with cinobufacini capsule on survival outcomes of patients with advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced CRC diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled. Using a random table, they were divided into routine group(bevacizumab+FOLFOX regimen) and combination group(the combination group additionally received cinobufacini capsules), 50 cases in each group. After 2 courses of treatment, treatment efficacy, levels of tumor markers and scores of Karnofsky performance status(KPS) before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were recorded and compared. The prognosis of patients was followed up. Results After treatment, response rate(ORR) and disease control rate(DCR) in combination group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of tumor markers(CEA, CA125, CA19-9) were significantly decreased in both groups, which were lower in combination group than routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, KPS score in combination group was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05). The incidences of gastrointestinal reactions, liver function injury and hematotoxicity during treatment in combination group were lower than that in routine group(P<0.05). The total survival rate and progression-free survival rate in combination group were 40.82% and 32.65%, higher than those in routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bevacizumab+FOLFOX regimen assisted with cinobufacini capsules can significantly increase the objective ORR and DCR, overall survival rate(OS), and progression-free survival(PFS), while reducing the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, liver function injury and hematotoxicity in patients with advanced CRC, demonstrating good safety and clinical efficacy.
